1. Introduction

2. Services
We provide a wide range of digital services including Web Design, Web Development, UI/UX Design, SEO Optimization, Branding, and other related solutions. The exact scope and deliverables will be outlined in the individual project agreement.
3. Payments
We use Stripe for the payments which is most secured payment provider all over the world. It has standard refund policy.
To avoid bigger tax, multiple transactions and smooth project process we require full deposit for the projects which falls under $1000. For larger projects we require 50% upfront and 50% after work done.
4. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimated and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and revisions. Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery schedule.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and materials created by Sara Innovations remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once the project is completed and payment is made in full, ownership will be transferred to the client.
6. User Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, content, and necessary access in a timely manner. Delays in providing required assets may impact the project timeline and outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Refund Policy
We are here to create the products which matches the client brand industry and requirements. We listen and read the requirements carefully and make the exact same product the client requests. If we fail to deliver something we provide 100% refund to the client upon request.
